Fitted at the end of the suction hose deep in the bilges, a strum box prevents debris from entering and perhaps blocking the hose or bilge pump.
Availabel in top entry (for deeper bilges) or side entry (for shallower bilges), they are suitable for 25mm (1 ") and 38mm (1 1/2") hose.
