In
our comprehensively equipped machine shop we can manufacture
of repair most components, common products we produce are
Propeller Shafts, Rudder bearings, Pintles, Couplings, Deck
fittings, Delrin or Bronze Bush’s etc. |

We
can often take what would normally be considered a scrap component,
maybe a Heat Exchanger, Worn shaft or similar, and reclaim
it, usually with a considerable saving over a replacement
part |

We
can also rebuild/repair Outdrive legs, Engines and Outboards.
We have access to a lot of pattern and used spares at sensible
prices. We also have a large amount of experience in motorcycle
racing / engine tuning and maintain a number of local bikes
and quads. |

Whilst
in the process of repairing a pushpit on a 55 foot Oyster
yacht, the customer asked if we could also design and make
a sturdy hoist for his outboard. we quickly came up with the
one shown opposite, It is made from 316 stainless, bearings
and plugs are made from acetal. It will comfortably lift 35
Kilos ( we have tested it to 70) depending on the structure
it is mounted to. It is designed to lift out of it's mounts
and fold in half for stowage.Two of these would make good
dinghy davits. We can custom make the mounts and boom to suit
a variety of applications.
